I'm Danielle, mama to 4 kiddos, farm wife and owner/creator of Coco & Mema Candle Co. I create handcrafted beautiful candles with scents designed to soothe your soul and calm the chaos.
Coco & Mema was named after my 2 daughters Chloe & Emma. When my son, Heath was learning to talk he used to call them Coco & Mema, it was adorable.
Being a stay at home mom, I was searching for something I could do while raising our kiddos and also fulfilled my creative desire. I found a love for candle making. I love the whole process, from fragrance to designing labels and packaging and I do it all from my kitchen on the farm in New Brigden, Alberta.

I chose the Treat Yourself motto at Lloyd craft fair and picked the Spice Cake candle. It smells yummy enough to eat. It sounds so peaceful while I’m reading. My entire house smells amazing. And the couple at the booth were so sweet to chat with. Treat yourself purchase for the win!

Love this scent ! Bought at our local Christmas market and its been long gone ! Not a strong scent, subtle ,, and the wood wick, crackles when lit, making for a nice cozy touch .
I got a candle from Coco & Mema at the New Brigden Winter Wonderland and to say I am obsessed would be an understatement. I burn it almost daily! The scent I got was Balsam & Cedar and it is a subtle scent that fills my house with what I relate to Christmas! I also love the sound of the wood wick crackling as it burns, so peaceful! 100% recommend trying some of her candles. I will be back to try some more! 😍
